A recreation of the venerable 1963 Strat, the Custom hand-wound Fat ’60’s Pickups with RWRP Middle pickup provide authentic Stratocaster 60’s tone with a little extra heft. The two-piece alder body is crafted from alder selected for weight and grain, and sports a Heavy Relic lacquer finish, along with vintage style hardware provides a complete vintage package with modern updates. The real magic of this guitar is in the neck and fingerboard; the ultra-stable, Quartersawn maple neck has a ’63 “C”-profile that’s ideal for thumb-over, or any other playing style, while the AAA Rosewood 9.5”-radius fingerboard and 6105 narrow tall frets making it easy to bend without fretting out.
